There are numbers, letters, and what may be a decimal point on the ends of the logs. The log-ends are identical in the forest and graveyard instances of the house. </p> <p>This is not the only area in the game with seemingly deliberate but useless numbers. I added the numbers and the matrix in the top left to this page later.</p> <p>Page 2: Alphabet. I actually missed the alphabet stone (had deciphered the alphabet before I found it I think) and cracked this using the “GOOD FOOD” sign in Nu Zu as a starting point.</p> <p>Page 3: proof of the Goof Food starting point. Filled in the rest later.</p> <p>Page 4: Figured out the shuffle.</p> <p>Page 5: Main work doing the translating from speech in Zu.</p> <p>Page 6: More shuffles and translations.</p> <p>Page 7: My first assumption for the numbers - base 16, all cube configurations accounted for, logical progression. Makes absolute perfect sense. Totally wrong. I gave up and had to look the actual system up in the end.</p> <p>Page 8: In base 16, the sums work well if the result is 15, giving the result at the bottom of the page.</p> <p>Page 9: Decoding the book of Zu (I never worked it out)</p> <p>Page 10: Trying to solve the matrix of tetris pieces seen in the boiler room and in Zu.
